  1. Wow Jan…that was absolutely gorgeous! We’re supposed to get 6 or 7 inches today. I must admit, I like the snow better before Christmas. But even though it’s hard to get around in sometimes, it sure is beautiful. Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting on my blog!

  2. Oh Janit looks so lovely.!! tissnow here today tooI am going to venture to the vestibuleand take a few pics..Happy New Year mydear friend..with love ..Deena

  3. A Pleasure to be in? It was 10 stinkin degrees! LOLI didn’t go out at all, I was cold enough inside! Plus, we have driveway issues.

  4. Gorgeous! It’s snowing in Illinois today, and I want to venture out in it because it is so pretty. Love it!

  5. I can’t think of anything more dreamy than a white Christmas. I’ve never had one. It’s almost like a fantasy world to me… as if it doesn’t really exist. Wow, that was some beautiful video! It does snow around here sometimes, though… usually we get one “big” snow a year, usually in February (although we never did last year). When I heard the crunching snow I could almost smell it and taste it, too… it evokes childhood very powerfully. Oh, how we loved those rare snow days…Thanks for sharing!! “Beautiful, beautiful, wish I was there…”

  6. I admired the beauty from the warmth of my home this time around. Although I did poke my head out to make sure my husband was doing okay while he shoveled. :)A prisoner of hope,Megan

  7. Jan, you’re too cute! I love the fluffy stuff for shoveling, but my dear sons love the heavy, wet snow, (not for shoveling), but for snowball fights. What else with two boys? We’re still waiting for something substantial here in PA for some winter fun! Thanks for showing us your lovely neighborhood, house and SNOW!P.S. How’d you like the movie? We loved it! My six-year-old who usually is a wiggle worm, didn’t wiggle at bit! We’ve been waiting all year for National Treasure 2 to come out and it was worth the wait!

  8. woaaaaaaahhh! that was indeed a lot!… here in New Mexico- eps in Espanyola– its just moderate but a bit risky for the drivers on the road!…thanks for dropping by!….happy new year!

  9. Jan, I don’t know if you’ll have time, what with playing in the snow and all (I’m so jealous!), or inclination, but I’ve tagged you for a meme. The rules are at my blog. Hope you’re having a great Christmas season!
